Shipping Policy

Working Days: Working days refer to Monday to Friday and do not include Saturday and Sunday.

Courier Responsibility:
Any shipping delays caused by the courier service will be solely the responsibility of the courier and not Hue. Unforeseen Events: Delays arising from unforeseen events such as natural disasters, recipient unavailability, and destination customs clearance issues are not covered under this shipping policy.

Non-Warranty:
Hue does not provide warranty for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, recipient unavailability, and customs clearance delays.

Remote Areas:
Shipping to remote areas with limited accessibility may exceed the standard 10 working days delivery timeframe. Please note that this shipping policy is subject to change and may be updated without prior notice. For any further inquiries or clarifications, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support.

Obligation on Deliveries Signature Requirement: The receiver is obligated to provide a signature upon receiving the order, confirming the successful delivery.

Address Redirection:
Once the order is dispatched, no redirection of the delivery address will be possible. It's important to ensure the accuracy of the provided address before the order is sent out.

Delivery Attempts: The courier agency will make two delivery attempts for each order.

Cash on Delivery Orders:
For cash on delivery orders, please be aware that the courier will not return the order or hand over the items until the payment has been successfully made at the time of delivery.

Item Return after Receipt:
Once the items have been received by the customer, the courier is not obligated to accept returns or facilitate exchanges.
